Collaboration is central to my creative life and I work as a director, deviser, creative facilitator and in a workshop context. I like to work with people of all ages and from all walks of life.

 

I am interested in the potential of theatre to re-make the world as we see it as well as the communal possibilities of theatre - what we can achieve and experience when we come together as a group. I am attracted to making 'event theatre" by which I mean a work that has something of the event about it: perhaps it is only performed once; perhaps it is site or time-specific or made for a particular context.  I like making performance with people and audiences and using their specialisms, stories and experience to form or be the work.
